About Me

I have a background in the Health & Fitness industry and, before completing my Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy training in 2014, spent almost 20 years working as a Group Fitness Instructor and Nutrition & Weight Management specialist.

I'm a graduate of the London School of Sports Massage and hold a BTEC Level 5 diploma in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy – currently the most advanced qualification of it’s kind available in the UK.

I work closely alongside Personal Trainers, Coaches and Physiotherapists to provide treatments which compliment and enhance the programmes they prescribe.
