I’m a graduate of the London School of Sports Massage and hold a BTEC Level 5 diploma in Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy – currently the most advanced qualification of it’s kind available in the UK. I'm also an accredited Chair Massage therapist.
Before completing my Massage training I was involved in the health and fitness industry for almost 20 years as a Fitness Instructor and Nutrition & Weight Management specialist.
Alongside my clinical work, I'm the Events & Logistics Director for Full Gas Cycling Ltd and organise around 100 track and closed circuit races each year. I also provide administrative support for various high profile Elite & Professional races, including the Track World Championships, Six Day London, Revolution Series, Womens' Tour and Tour of Britain.
